At VISAT, the Department of ECE is committed to shaping

The department is powered by experienced faculty specializing in communication systems, VLSI design, embedded systems, digital electronics, signal processing, wireless networks, microwave engineering, and IoT technologies.
Students receive training in embedded design, communication engineering, VLSI, IoT, DSP, microcontrollers, PCB design, and wireless communication—aligned with global electronics and telecom industry standards.
ECE facilities include Digital Electronics Lab, Analog Circuits Lab, Communication Engineering Lab, Microprocessor & Microcontroller Lab, VLSI Design Lab, DSP Lab, PCB Fabrication Lab, and IoT & Embedded Systems Lab—ensuring deep practical understanding.
Workshops, hands-on hardware sessions, AI & IoT projects, industrial training, hackathons, guest lectures, and real-time communication experiments provide modern engineering exposure.

The Communication Lab provides hands-on experience with digital modulation and demodulation techniques, signal measurement, and waveform analysis. Students learn to operate communication equipment, analyze system behavior, and design components used in modern digital communication systems.
This lab is equipped with CROs, digital oscilloscopes, RPS units, function generators, and analog/digital meters. Students gain hands-on experience analyzing and testing electronic circuits, enabling them to understand practical behavior of fundamental circuit components and systems.
The Robotics Lab provides practical training in industrial robot operation, programming, and automation. Students learn assembly, testing, control techniques, and develop robotics projects aimed at solving real-world industrial challenges while fostering innovation and research.
The Logic System Design Lab helps students understand digital logic circuits, hardware interfaces, and embedded systems. Through hands-on experiments, learners design and test microcontroller-based applications ranging from data acquisition to communication systems.
